How It Works

Initially, we will have a conversation to help us both determine whether we are a good fit. My clients are people who want to make a difference in the world through their business and services. The people I work with are committed to their growth, willing to take action, and don’t want to compromise what is important to them.

My client list includes holistic practitioners, financial advisors, artists, executives, attorneys, and retail store owners who want to clarify their niche, build and maintain a sustainable business, and live a life of purpose.

If we decide to work together, I will ask you to complete a client profile - highlighting your values, goals, and objectives - as well as the Seasons of Change assessment. As a certified Seasons of Change Coach I use this powerful tool to helps us determine where you are in the process of transition. Having an understanding about how transition works will allow you to better prepare and make the most of your personal journey.

The coaching relationship is one of partnership, collaboration, and trust. It’s a partnership built on mutual trust and respect and is nurtured by establishing a rhythm and pace that evolves as we get to know each other. The goal is to get you where you are going, as fast as possible, and empower you to become self-reliant. Read more on the results of coaching.

The benefits of coaching build over time. Everyone has a different pace, and commitment is essential to making lasting changes. In order to make the coaching experience as valuable and meaningful as possible for you, I request an initial three-month commitment.

Coaching sessions take place weekly over the phone or in person. Depending on your needs and preferences, you can work individually or in a group.

Unlike counseling or therapy,  coaching does not deal with unresolved emotional or past issues. If, in the course of our work together, we realize there are unresolved past issues that are holding you back and need to be dealt with, I will refer you.
