When I work with clients, I draw upon my education, my training as a professional life coach and my experience as a working mother, wife, friend, corporate executive and a life long seeker and learner.

I have come to accept and appreciate that the quality of my life depends on my daily choices and that life balance is a commitment we have to renew daily.

To help my clients design and live a more fulfilling, balanced and joyful life, I use the following three-step approach.

  1. We begin by identifying what a fulfilled, balanced and joyful life looks like for you. A clear vision fuels your commitment and motivation and makes it easier to attract something new in your life.
    As a Seasons of Change certified coach and a licensed facilitator for the Purpose Clarity and Heart Magnet programs, I use these powerful tools and exercises to help my clients gain clarity and create a very specific vision of their ideal life.
  2. Together, we determine the actions you can take immediately to experience more balance, joy, and fulfillment. It can be easier than you think and it will serve as a springboard for moving forward with confidence and enthusiasm.
  3. Having experienced success, we get to work designing your ideal life plan. We focus on three primary areas:
    • Identifying and eliminating the things that no longer serve you – the things that drain your energy and enthusiasm ;
    • Uncovering the limiting beliefs and behavior patterns that sabotage your ability to move forward and undermine your capacity to experience joy and fulfillment;
    • Creating new habits and ways of being that support your growth and energize you.

Change is not always easy. Resistance, self-sabotage and set-backs can occur during the process. Along the way, as you implement your action plan, I’ll help you maintain your focus and stay on course.

Whatever your challenges may be, we’ll work together to develop the solutions that best suit your personality and temperament and help you overcome what stands in your way to a more fulfilling and balanced life.

This is a personal journey. One of self-discovery. It doesn’t mean you need to leave your job. It doesn’t mean you need to do what somebody else has done. It’s never the same for two people. Working with a life coach can be an exhilarating, inspiring, and creative process.

  • Coaching sessions take place over the phone and are 45-60 minutes long.
  • For those who enjoy the group dynamic, I occasionally offer group coaching opportunities.
  • I am available between sessions to support you as you experience insights, challenges, and breakthroughs.
  • I will never ask you to do what you are not comfortable doing. The success of our collaboration depends on setting realistic goals and following an action plan that is based on your personal values, style, and comfort level.
